Yes, the floor area for office has actually gone up... There are lots of minor tweaks to the plans. From June 2018 plans to August 2019 total site GFA has gone up from 128,894 sq m to 130,109 sq m.
Office GFA has gone up from 34,021m2 to 39,379 m2
Residential GFA down, from 85,358m2 to 82,479 m2
Retail GFA down, from 10,515 m2 to 8,161m2
Parking spaces down from 1059 to 846, bike parking up from 800 to 1008.
