They appeared to be installing quite a few monitoring wells in the ground earlier this week.
They must be doing a Phase II ESA. I know there used to a dry cleaning plant in the general vicinity that contaminated a lot of groundwater in the area with PERC. Hopefully it is all degraded and flushed-out by now.
