The one exception is if you are coming off Assiniboine southbound - it is actually fine right now, you miss most of the disruption and traffic backup because the on ramp has its own bridge over the Creek. If they decide to the do the southbound lanes first and screw this too up before the bridge work and Regina Bypass is open, it will have confirmed the complete incompetence of the City.

The city has done everything in it's power to fuck up east end traffic every summer for the past 12 years. They'll figure out how to screw this up as well.
