Proposed ≠ Construction. I will be happy if we see 30% of what is proposed constructed in the next 5 or so years. This time feels like the late 80's & early 90's when we had tons of proposals of impressive buildings, not sure if we had 30% built at that point so I don't expect every proposal to be built. Having said that, the long term looks good for more buildings and infill in the downtown. Hoping some Toronto area developers come to town to up the design game.
