I'm not sure why people are so optimistic about some of these projects, really. Approval takes time, and just because it's proposed, doesn't mean it'll happen just as it was presented initially. If the Hub is to happen, I'd give it until 2020 to hear much substantially in terms of marketing landmarks or what have you.
