It's never been clear to me exactly what work would be done at HQ2. What is the main focus?
If the focus is business and consumer trends, then the North East makes sense, maybe LA.
If the focus is business and greasing the wheels of government, Virginia.
If the focus is technology, engineering, then Chicago, Dallas, Austin
If the focus is cheap land, cheap labor, then any of the rest.
So what is HQ2 supposed to do?
