There's another building still to come from Concert: they haven't started selling yet. You can see it a couple of pages back from here - they're working on a few changes to get the final design. After that East Park will be built, but the funding only got approved by electors a couple of weeks ago; part of a package of new parks costing $44m that had to be approved in the elections. It passed.
