Stress test is lowering approval amounts and rates will rise likely once, if not twice over next year, further lowering approval amounts.
Plus, I assume many of the buyers never intended to complete on the contracts but rather planned to flip the assignments, by all accounts the appetite for these high end units has pretty much dried up.
