At the most recent Southwest RT open house (April 26th, 2018), I was told that these are purely conceptual. I was told they would announce the proposed routing just after the election or in early 2019.

It seems the city hasn't decided how much service they are going to keep on Pembina itself. With the province no longer kicking in the 50% transit subsidy, Transit is getting pretty stingy with service.
