The 4 storey building (building 6) is already well along in construction, northeast corner of Sunningdale and Villagewalk. There are plenty of single family homes and townhomes to the north and west of the site. I don’t think there is any other high rise development in this immediate area other than the 2 Tricar buildings on the south side of Sunningdale.
