I guess this article is trying to say “Be careful what you wish for” but I think the issues they bring up are pretty specific to Seattle and would not necessarily happen in the HQ2 finalist cities. Not to say there wouldn't be other issues they cause, but if they pick a larger city than Seattle (Chicago, NY, Philly, DC, Boston...) they probably wouldn't be as pervasive as they are in HQ1.
