Fresh design team so don't think the old renders would be accurate but could be inspired by previous design... boutique hotel with some work/live two floor suites in the works. Don't wanna tell tales out of school, don't get hopes too high but there's definitely action which is way more than has been done for years. Got my fingers crossed.
