I think AC has the correct balance with Rogue. Integrated network, crappy seat but at least you don't get charged for a glass of water or to print a boarding pass at the airport.

For some they don't. 29" pitch with full recline. No other airline on the planet subjects people to that sort of misery. After 25 years I've torn up my Aeroplan Card and am starting from scratch with United Plus.
We need true (i.e. foreign) competition to see just how miserable flying has become (and is becoming) with the "mainline" carriers in Canada.
The ULCCs around the world are typically 30" pitch.. and none that I know of allow recline in that configuration.
