We are all focused on how high and how big. Does anyone have an idea of how much parking is going into this project.
At 1 spot per 1,000 .. they would need a out 500 spots. That is about half the size of pacific centre.
Is there any use for that much parking in close proximity to a skytrain and an LRT and a bus loop.
On top of which, the site - after subtraction of the new road, is about 30,000 sq ft that means 5 floors or more of parking going way down.
