I was wondering whether it would be on the Homer side or the Richards side.
Comments:
- As others have mentioned, the foliage will be hard / expensive to maintain if they are in silvacuture cells. I wonder if they can do it old school with vines?
- the ground plane on the corner seems open enough that the City won't complain about views of the Library Square complex being blocked / hidden when walking east on Georgia.
- I wonder if a twin is a possibility on the Richards site?
- in terms of a blocky stacked design - I think this takes the thunder away from the VAG relocation.
