I am not sure it was ever seriously considered or is still on the table but at one point there was a rumour about a plan to build a tower in behind the Spring Garden Road courthouse.
I like the lowrise areas. The parts I don't like are the ones with empty lots. The worst concentration is around Sackville to Salter below Granville.
