Nice! It looks like many people have an optimistic view of the future of the real estate market of Saskatoon! Now should be a good time to invest, with a presently cooler market. This response will likely send a positive message to the other developers who are currently idle!

Whether investors of this project will actually live there, or rent/lease or even flip (hopefully to a permanent resident) their properties should inject a healthy number of residences to help fill up some of the neighbourhood's and close by amenities, venues and restaurants/pubs. Eventually, more residences should follow when the office towers are completed and leased (ie. employees/-ers preferring to live close by work, or other people desiring to be close to amenities, shops or necessary services that can arise as the neighbourhood populates and evolves), which should enhance the area's attractiveness (both daytime and night time street activity). A nearby, mid-size to large scale grocer can help, too, but only if it doesn't adversely affect the Farmer's Market!

It would also be beneficial if downtown livelihood would appeal to more young families to reside there, as they seem to be a great motivator for much of the available services where they live outside of downtown, that aren't already downtown. They can also help to encourage/enable/enhance both daily and nightly neighbourhood safety. There's already Kinsmen Play Park, soon-to-be Children's Museum and, across the bridge, Children's (and Adult's) Hospital(s)! Elementary and high schools and day cares can't be too far away?

I was going to ask what floor(s) those suites are located?

Edit: Or is that the starting price on the lowest of the specified floors (floors 10-15)?
