Yeah Sacramento is suffering from a crazy under supply situation. When you look at our GDP, population, and rent/housing price increases in the past few years compared with the amount of units coming online it's staggering.

I too hope that local developers (except Petrovich lol) get a lions share of the profits. It seems like so far they have but that might be because they are the only ones willing to build in our market. It's encouraging how biased the supply is towards infill and the core, but overall we need to be building a ton more in order to not fall into the bay area trap of high COL keeping people away.
