The pull down is due in large part to the pullout of the YVR rouge 319 pilot base. AC has determined the economics of a small 319 base do not support the need, espEcially with YVR to California requiring mainline to support the TransPac route development.

Basically even with a good economy in Alberta, AC would have still pulled out of sun destination flying.
