Checking out their website more closely (than last time) it doesn't appear all that robust but what they have done with (now) four multifamily projects all seem quite nice.

For example, The Heights at Park Lane in Dallas looks very nice at night. That happens to be a mixed-use project. But in this photo the exterior materials don't look any nicer. Now, the interiors where people actually live, look sharp.

It's probably fair to say that if they weren't going to spend their money on the exterior for a mid-town Dallas project which is similar to Cherry Creek, then they weren't likely to do it in Denver.
