What you conveniently ignore is not only would spending hundreds of millions renovating Commonwealth like you want it to be renovated not be worth it, but Commonwealth is not a CFL only stadium and was/is designed to host events other than just football. You seem obsessed with its capacity being further reduced which just isn't going to happen, sorry.

Ive definitely been in a suite i Actually won it in 2012. They are shit. Why is my cost so far off? phase 1 of BMO was 50M and that is more or less what i'm proposing. The entire bill for TD place was rumored to be 90M and thats more or less what im proposing. The F*ck is your problem? you think building a few levels of sites a concourse and seating for 10,000 is gonna cost that much? I cant see why this couldn't be done for around half the cost of THF
