Agreed. Dieppe has picked up the ball where downtown Moncton has dropped it. Gordon & Dominion stumbled out of the gates, along with it's sister building, which has yet to break ground. The Harper project has so far failed while Five Five Queen is still in planning stages.

The Events Centre will help, but it's effect has missed the peak of the north to south NB gravy-train migration.

Expect more Dieppe-Moncton traffic conjection while Moncton continues to struggle with over saturated, single level parking lots.
