Anyone know what the expected lifespan is on hardiboard?
So many of these buildings in the village area are cladded in hardiboard, and it just looks like the type of material that will need to be replaced in 15 years. And the Conrad House building had so much promise, and the stone parts look great, but the way they finished the corners of the balconies looks awful. Like ruins the point of having masonry at all. Sorry no pics.
