Good!!

It's a safety hazard.

Can you imagine in the instance of a fire in one of the towers, when the Fire department receives a call reporting the fire from a specific floor (from residents who don't know any better) but then arriving and getting conflicting information from the building managers or heading to the wrong floor?

Obviously the firefighters would likely be able to figure it out quickly enough (one would hope) but then what about the not-very well informed residents or non-residents of the building trying to get to safety?

Marketing and sales teams and probably some developers will hate it (since it will obviously hurt sales with certain demographics), but in the interest of public safety (and just plain common sense), it's probably for the best that the city puts its foot down and drag everyone into the 21st Century like the rest of the sane world.
