You have to admit that something smells funny when land changes hands a few times and people connected to government officials make a bunch of money...when the entire time the exercise was pointless as government could have just bought the land for cheap from the get-go. Sure it might be the usual way of doing things, and corruption we've all grown accustomed to...but if someone can be caught and punished for it, then all the better.
