Not too sure if it's been mentioned or not but there's a notice up at the entrance to the Impark lot that is adjacent to the north side of the hostel requesting public comments on a DP application. The DP is apparently for a 2 building site with office, commercial and 137 units. Have we heard anything or seen any renders about what this project will be? I would imagine the hostel is staying but this lot is privately owned so it has never been included in the CMLC master plan info.
