Downtown Fort Collins

Plenty of new happenings in Fort Collins. Here are a few new downtown developments.

One Cherry Street - 22 for sale town homes in 2, three and four story buildings. This development takes the place of Penny Flats buildings 7 & 8.



To the west we have 320 Maple, a mixed use building featuring 29 for sale condos and ground floor commercial space in four floors. This is one of 5 or so for sale developments in downtown Fort Collins.



Closer to Old Town Square, 221 East Mountain is finally in development review. This 70,000 sqft office building will be built speculatively. This is the first non owner occupied office building built in downtown Fort Collins in several decades. Here is an updated rendering of the project. Changes mostly relate to the rear facing facades and the corner tower element.



Across from Library Park a local law firm is proposing 215 Matthews. A three story office building. Here is this developments latest and final design:



Uncommon was recently approved by the P&Z board in spite of city staffs recommendation of denial. Here is a new rendering of that development:



Adjacent to Sage Hospitality’s proposed downtown hotel the city and developer are teaming up to build a mixed use parking structure:
