EDIT: This would be next to the proposed 32-story 6th & Nueces hotel.
Here's the consolidated administrative site plan. No building elevations, just some info about it, but on page 12 it does note that the proposed building is a 3-story building, but it also mentions that the max building height is 535 feet. Back before 360 was built, Novare had been planning a 35-story tower on this block along with a 40-story 550 foot tower on the post office site.
