Are there any other buildings with a similar range of prices?
Even though it is to be expected, these are indeed steep prices. Perhaps the developers assumed that there would always be other
ultra-rich overseas investors slathering for the location, prestige, elegance, etc etc etc.
Something seems to be happening with the Chinese, and other, economies, and even very rich people might be tending to think twice about where to live, how much$$$$ to pay.
The Georgia, with all that's going for it, is not a child-oriented environment, once outside the home, if you consider the angles and aspects, and needs of children.
Could that be part of it?
These people may have children, and seek a more community-oriented, receation-amenity-richer, pedestrian-safe environment, as in many large Burnaby and Coquitlam developments.
Not everybody's out to live on "Park Avenue."
