Right, but it's a terrible structure not purposely really designed for anything anymore. Soccer looks terrible inside the Big O.
Building a new National Stadium in Toronto gets us a brand new, modern, state-of-the-art facility from scratch that can actually represent this country well in international events. The Big O doesn't even come close.
