I think this building should give the city some food for thought in terms of how we allow developments to proceed. The set in stone plans are great for preventing monstrous buildings residents are completely against, but the original proposal was well received by the community, so clearly there needs to be some kind of grey area between height restrictions and how the community actually feels about a project
