^^ With 140 units and 350 beds, assuming some single bed units, that means the $495 a month price is landing you in something similar to a hospital ward 4-bed accommodation.
In terms of the distance from campus, if this developer is serious, and smart, they would offer some sort of shuttle service as part of their amenities.
