I was walking by this quickly today, and I have to say I was really impressed with the quality of the cladding materials. The roof on the heritage section looks, as far as I could tell, to be real copper. They were working on the cladding for the ground level on the lower corner, and it was real granite slabs that they were cutting to install. I like how this has some together, and nice to see a developer use some high quality real materials and not just pre-fab look-alike!
