I think they should do without the Albemarle st additions and constraint on the other areas unless that's extra parking levels, adding anything of anything on that street seems like a dumb dumb idea. If they flipped the Albemarle and Duke add on to Barrington and Duke connecting it to the other expansion with retail space it would be flawless and work so much better for the area. No doubt that section will be the first part they implement first and be oh well that sucked and have a delay effect on the others.
