I wonder what it means (for instance) "starting at $2700" etc. Maybe that means floor 2, with no parking space. Seems like one of the most expensive buildings down there from what I can tell (which it should be). Cadence looks cheaper as does Verve from their websites. Seems City House and Elan should be a lot cheaper.

Probably cheap compared to LA though...
