While I was certainly a fan of the original colouration and design of the residential tower, I have to say that that there are perspectives where the glass fins add something quite special to the building, a crystalline sort of appearance that we haven't seen before. Looking dead on, yes, it looks spandrel-tastic, which is unfortunate, but for the most part it will be viewed from an angle as one looks up a street. I'm looking forward to seeing it all come together and will reserve judgment until further along.
