Well, whether its half or all, that portion of the lobby with no supports plus the portion above 111 definitely seems to be more than 1/3. I'm just sayin' that if 1/3 of the building is cantilevered, I'm not sure how they are able to achieve cantilevering both over EPAC and over that portion of the glass lobby.
