Oh, some news for everyone.
Not exactly development news but I just noticed it today...
The billboard that was just west of the Shilo on 2nd South has been removed. I don't think it has been gone long but with its removal, this would signal that the reported expansion around the Shilo for parking or hotel will happen soon.
