I went to a party last month in the Central Point Condos...I was impressed. Loved the way the units were set up...but there's nothing around them. You're right, get some more buildings that size, some restaurants, grocery stores, bars, other amenities...the infrastructure is there for development, just needs to happen.
In our lifetimes, please.
