Looks like they're moving ahead. Existing building completely demo'd now and they were excavating out the existing foundation as of yest.
On a side note, had some visitors in this weekend, was pleased to see how busy the inner is becoming day and night. Stephen Ave and The Core Mall in particular are becoming real gems, and it's hard to get a resto table down any of the main strips around the core. Saw Ken King shopping yest, should have asked what's taking so long with the announcement lol.
