Perhaps this isn't the place to ask, but considering the recent discussion about potqash prices being down, I was wondering why the government of Saskatchewan hasn't started allowing the exploitation of the Bakken oil formation in the southeast of the province like North Dakota has. Surely it would been a boon for the province.
