I think that this is further from fruition than we all seem to think, especially with the upcoming Hines and 1401 Lawrence. Do we seriously think that we could fill 3 new office towers that went online at roughly the same time? Hick and Hancock better have some serious prospects for companies ready to move to Denver if this were to happen.
