I'm in the mall a couple of times a day, and yes it is slippery, but you'll only slip if you try hard, or have extremely slippery shoes lathered with oil.

Regarding cleaning it, I believe the tiles are quartz, so a simple wipe would get all the dirt and grime off. They have a very low permeability (around 0.5x of granite and 2x than marble), so the dirt and any liquids on the tiles can be easily, efficiently and swiftly wiped off.
