Same. Some of the comments here sound like they're coming from a bunch of geriatric armchair engineers.
The structure will be fine. The gravity-defying quality is what makes this project great. The depth and "pixilation" of the façade will in-fact obscure any value engineering in cladding systems. A city in a temperate rainforest like Vancouver could actually use more top-heavy towers that blossom upwards...
