Qutoing Vin's post: Have you noticed that the walkways flanking the bridge are WAY BELOW CAPACITY? Why build a new walkway when so few are actually walking on the bridge?
Excellent point. Put the sidewalks down the centre and replace the ones on the flanks with new lanes for traffic.
