Yeah nothing's getting done in time for the PanAm games. I'm a member of the downtown BIA and I think it is a bit farcical that we and the city are doing programming right in front of what basically looks like a war zone. I am glad things are happening there, as I've always felt that Gore Park has been underutilized, but now having a street festival right beside it isn't great optics.
