Yeah, but not so ridiculous when compared to L Tower, Harbour Plaza, 60 Harbour, as well as 45 Bay which will be right next to 18 Yonge
45 Bay is currently in an international design competition, and could also break the 1000 foot/300 meter mark. Apparently design proposals have already been submitted to the developer of that site as well, although we are not likely to see anything moving forward for the next decade. Especially with all the space coming on-stream shortly.
