So... Assiniboia Downs is gonna be the next massive build-up area in Western Winnipeg? Along with the developments in Charleswood and CentrePort? With Westport, the Assiniboia Downs area is going to get massive. Add in new suburbs, apartments, recreation, transit service... would it be asking too much to see this as a new community by 2020?
Well. That or just label it all as St. Charles.
