I was just reading through the feature sheet and they have some pretty high-end stuff included. Wine fridge, 36" fridge, marble floors in bathroom and kitchen back-splash, oak hardwood flooring, natural gas fittings for balcony bbq and also:

· Built-in fibre optic back-bone wiring and media outlets in every room maximize high-speed internet access and digital entertainment.
I agree though, even with all those features, I find it hard to justify that cost for Metrotown...
