That's a significant stretch of the south side of the 1900 blocks of Chestnut, a short block from the park, right next to the busiest CVS in the city (has to be! 24-hour pharmacy!).

I've been pleased with Pearl's work on The Sansom and in Chinatown so this could be great news for the neighborhood!!
The Granary is very beautiful as well. Very nice Pearl Properties! I hope they bring us a highrise here
