That's a significant stretch of the south side of the 1900 blocks of Chestnut, a short block from the park, right next to the busiest CVS in the city (has to be! 24-hour pharmacy!).
I've been pleased with Pearl's work on The Sansom and in Chinatown so this could be great news for the neighborhood!! |
The Granary is very beautiful as well. Very nice Pearl Properties! I hope they bring us a highrise here
